Simply Poussin is ‘where it all started’, a decadent yet informal brasserie and sister restaurant to the Michelin starred Le Poussin restaurant at our Whitley Ridge hotel. 

In a delightful, secluded courtyard setting in the village of Brockenhurst, Simply Poussin is now run by Alex Aitken Junior and features a conservatory and tables outside so dining can be enjoyed al fresco in the summer months.

Providing fresh local produce at ordinary prices, at Simply Poussin you will find a rustic, bustling restaurant furnished with York stone flooring and Lloyd Loom furniture, all enhanced by our trademark intimate ambience.
